STG Logistics chooses Paul Svindland as CEO
The board of directors of STG Logistics, a provider of specialty 3PL services critical to the global supply chain, has appointed Paul Svindland as the company’s CEO. Greg Muldoon, STG chairman and interim CEO, will continue to serve the company as chairman.
Svindland most recently was CEO of Celadon Group, a large asset-based truckload carrier. Prior to Celadon, Svindland was CEO of Farren International, a prominent private-equity backed flatbed trucking company. Before that, Svindland served as the COO of Pacer International, a provider of intermodal services. Svinland also co-founded and co-led the transportation and logistics consulting activities for Alix Partners.
“I am thrilled to join STG and look forward to managing such a dynamic and well-positioned business,” Svindland commented. “STG provides a wide range of critical supply chain services to the import/export market and we have a great opportunity to build upon the company’s current growth momentum."
