Stengg extends contract with cargo carrier
ST Engineering has signed a five-year airframe heavy maintenance contract "with an international air cargo carrier". As part of the contract that took effect 1 January, the company is to provide heavy maintenance support for multiple fleet types at the group’s airframe facilities in the USA (Mobile, AL) and other locations in its network.
In addition to heavy maintenance, the Singapore-based MRO also caters to the carrier’s needs for landing gear replacements as well as special maintenance visits.
Jeffrey Lam, president/head of commercial aerospace: "We are especially happy that we can continue to support longstanding customers, and to increase that support with the inclusion of more services and additional sites from our global facility network to meet their evolving needs." (ah)
