St Francis Group sells logistics space
St Francis Group announces the sale of 52,000 sqm of logistics space to Tristan Capital Partners. A Tristan Capital Partners fund has bought a GBP 68 million UK logistics portfolio from the Richardson family, which comprises Cransley Park, Kettering and Velocity 42, Redditch developed in partnership with St Francis Group. The portfolio which also includes a unit of 9,800 sqm in Avonmouth developed by Curtis Hall, consists of 11 new-build logistics buildings.
