Speedy construction progress
About 120 days after the first turning of the sod, construction work on the new logistics halls for Nosta Logistics in Ladbergen, between Münster and Osnabrück (Germany), is proceeding according to plan. The commercial real estate will be finished even before the contractually guaranteed deadline of mid-November.
In mid-October at the latest, the project managers will hand over the key for the two new multi-user warehouses to Nosta. The warehouses will cover an area of 15,000 sqm, be able to accommodate up to 30,000 pallets and provide room for additional logistics services.
Nosta will store various goods for diverse customers in the new hub: consumer goods, paper, or articles for DIY and handicraft stores, for example. Additional space for multi-use facilities is planned more services besides simple storage, for instance the consolidation, packaging or repackaging of goods. (mw)
