Spare parts for Jaguar Land Rover
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has awarded Unipart Logistics a five-year contract to run its new global parts logistics centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire, which is set to open in 2022. The logistics provider will handle aftermarket parts logistics for both the Jaguar and Land Rover automotive brands.
The operation will be housed at Jaguar Land Rover’s new 900,000 sqm campus, a major UK warehouse development for a single customer.
Unipart Logistics will operate a UK and global aftermarket distribution centre, manage parts packing and branded goods operations and provide customer support. (sh)
