Solidifying Singaporean services

Transpak is looking to extend its offerings in the Asia Pacific market by launching new wholly owned air and sea freight operations in Singapore. The company’s regional customers will benefit from a 24/7 service, bonded warehousing, and customs compliance.

Sea freight operations will be based in Jurong East next to the port, where chemicals, dangerous goods and bulk cargo can be handled. Both LCL and FCL will be included in the portfolio. Airfreight will be managed at Changi Business Park near the Singapore Changi airport. With the new offering, Transpak aims to meet changing demands of customers in the region’s semiconductor industry.

"Our new facilities and experienced teams are well-equipped to handle the diverse requirements of our semiconductor industry clients, ensuring seamless and efficient logistics solutions,” says Leilani Arendell, chief logistics officer at Transpak. (mk)
