Simon Hegele acquires 75% of CST Transport
Christophe Jacquin, the current managing director of the French transport company CST Transport, which is based in Gonesse in the immediate vicinity of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, will remain on the management board. In future, he will be joined by Anne Witz, who has been operations manager at Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions France Sarl since 2021 and heads the logistics provider’s French business.
Simon Hegele and CST Transport have been cooperating on the French market for around 20 years, with a special focus on transport and assembly services for large medical equipment.
With the acquisition of the shares, both companies are taking a further step in joint customer development and in the expansion of their respective customer portfolios. The increased cooperation extends Simon Hegele Group’s transport networks in France and thus marks a further milestone in its internationalisation strategy. (ben)
