Signing up for another five years
XPO Logistics is extending its partnership with Saint-Gobain PAM UK, a producer of pipelines and fittings for water networks based in Derbyshire.
The logistics provider has been operating 20 sites in the UK and Ireland for Saint-Gobain since 2018, including 31,587 sqm of warehousing space in three locations for Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions and PAM.
The collaboration is based on safety, sustainability, service, and cost delivery. Both companies have seen significant emissions reductions during the partnership, with nearly 70% of the Saint-Gobain PAM fleet now operating on sustainable fuels.
The cooperation will be extended by five years, in which the partners will focus on making progress towards net zero and growing their businesses. (mk)
