Seven new locations to bolster position in Asia
Emo Trans, a provider of international logistics and supply chain solutions, has opened three new offices in Bangladesh and four new offices in Indonesia. Both Indonesia and Bangladesh offer vast opportunities for growth, the company said.
Deddy Syah has been appointed managing director of PT Emo Trans Indonesia, while Noor Alam Siddique is managing director of Emo Trans Logistics (BD).
Headquartered in Garden City, New York (USA), EMO Trans was founded in Stuttgart, Germany in 1965. Today, the company has over 85 offices in 21 countries and more than 250 network offices in 120 countries covering six continents.
The privately owned global logistics provider offers a broad range of customised logistics solutions and air and sea transport services and currently generates yearly revenues of over USD 500 million. (ben)
