Serving Stihl in Germany
The German division of the Stihl Group has contracted Hellmann to take over the warehousing of finished goods for the shipper, effective mid-2022. The agreement was concluded for ten years.
The new facility will be completed by mid-year and the central warehouse will go into full operation on 1 January 2023. The 58,000 sqm logistics centre is located in Völklingen at the trilateral border of Germany, France and Luxembourg. It will be used to supply Stihl dealers in Germany, France, and the Benelux countries. (sh)
