Services between the Far East and USA
Shortly after its inaugural flight between Billund and Hangzhou (HGH), China, Maersk Air Cargo is connecting North America and Asia Pacific with new regular services.
Maersk will commence with two weekly flights between Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP) and Shenyang (SHE), China, and with two weekly flights between Chicago Rockford (RFD), where the logistics services provider has recently opened a new air freight gateway facility, and HGH.
Maersk Air Cargo will operate both services with three B767-300F that it recently added to its fleet. The services will be increased to three weekly flights from May.
Maersk has also launched a new air freight link with regular flights between GSP and Incheon (ICN), South Korea, operated by the Miami-headquartered cargo airline Amerijet International. (ah)
