Serv: new members for board of directors
Urs Ziswiler, Caroline Gueissaz and Anne-Sophie Spérisen have announced their regular resignations as members of the board of directors of Swiss Export Risk Insurance (Serv) as of the end of 2021. To replace them, Swiss federal council has elected two new members to the board of directors, effective 1 January 2022 and for the remainder of the current term of office 2020-2023.
Claudine Amstein, lawyer, is director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Canton of Vaud in Lausanne and has broad legal business experience as has Claire-Anne Dysli Wermeille, lawyer, head of legal, Chiquita Brand Intl Sarl, Etoy. The federal council has also appointed KPMG, Zurich, as Serv's auditors for the period 2022-2024. (cj)
