Scuderia retains logistics partner
Scuderia Ferrari has signed a multi-year extension contract with Ceva Logistics, wherein Ceva will continue to provide all logistics services for the racing team’s cars and equipment. Scuderia is best known for its success in the Formula 1 world championship, but is also active in other series, such as GT races and the Ferrari challenge.
Ceva will continue supporting all these activities and its logo will remain on Scuderia Ferrari's new 2024 single-seater, its vehicles, and its equipment. The company's global logistics resources have been available to Scuderia since 2022.
The partners are also working together to reduce carbon emissions: in 2023, Ceva Logistics organised the delivery of equipment via rail between three North American events, thus reducing the carbon footprint by 90% compared to air transport. (mk)
