Schwarzmüller restructuring management team
The Schwarzmüller Group has reduced the size of its executive by one, leaving a team of two managing directors.
Michael Weigand used to be in charge of sales; now his contract, which had expired, has not been renewed by mutual consent.
From October onwards the former head of the company’s new vehicles division, Rudolf Schmid, will head new vehicle sales, sale management and marketing activities and also have power of attorney.
Customer services have been reclassified as a business division and will be managed by CEO Roland Hartwig.
Timm Megerlin, the former head of customer services, is taking over the technical management of all customer service activities in Germany, where he is looking forward to giving some new impulses.
Armin Habel, in turn, will start work as the new head of the customer services division at the beginning of October. He previously worked for Volvo Truck in the after-market unit. Habel will report directly to CEO Hartwig. (mw)
