Schwarzmüller: a trio to take the helm
The Schwarzmüller Group is restructuring its management now that CEO Roland Hartwig has stepped down. Operational management will be placed in the hands of three managing directors, as sole owner and new chairwoman of the supervisory board, Beate Paletar announced at the company's Hanzing site in Freinberg near Schärding (Upper Austria).
The experienced manager Thomas Biringer will head the operating companies as COO alongside CFO Michael Hummelbrunner. CSO Wolfgang Köster will oversee all sales activities. As authorised signatory, Köster previously led the sales department for new vehicles.
Paletar says that the three-member management team, which will no longer be headed by a CEO, will now be more closely linked to the supervisory board. (cj)
