Scannell Properties: a logistics park in Diemelstadt
Logistics project developer Scannell Properties is building a "Diemelstadt Logistics Park" on a plot newly acquired from the city of Diemelstadt. The logistics hub will span around 68,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4/2023.
The logistics park will contain six units that will be divided and let. The offer includes modernly furnished logistics facilities and office space.
Situated in a central location between Kassel/Bad Hersfeld and Paderborn, Diemelstadt has good connections to the A44, A33 and A7 motorways and the Dortmund/Ruhr region.
Scannell Properties provides heat pump technology, green roofing and photovoltaic panels. It is seeking a gold status DGNB certification for the new property. (mk)
