Scandlines’ CFO to step down
Scandlines' CFO Per Johannesen Madsen will leave the company by the end of August 2022 at the latest. He has been CFO and has served on the executive board since 2012, responsible for the group's overall financial management and reporting.
In his position as CFO, Johannesen Madsen has been in charge of several departments and spearheaded important projects - including the sale of the company and the divestment of the Helsingør-Helsingborg route. He now sees the time has come to continue his journey outside Scandlines. J
Johannesen Madsen will remain with Scandlines for the time being and will, among other things, ensure a smooth handover of his duties to a new CFO. (cj)
