Russians let Let go
The company Aircraft Industries - LET Kunovice, Czechia’s largest manufacturer of civilian transport aircraft, is returning to Czech ownership after 14 years. On 21 April, the Russian owner Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company and the Omnipol Group agreed to sell 100% of Aircraft Industries’ shares to Czechia's Ompo Holding.
Intensive cooperation between Omnipol and Aircraft Industries was resumed in November 2021 with the signing of an agreement concerning strategic cooperation in foreign markets.
