Rushton rises from general manager to director
Steve Rushton, former general manager of Crown Couriers Limited, has been appointed company director. Tim Seagers, who founded the Tamworth-based business in 1990, said that "despite the challenges triggered by the pandemic, the company has continued to grow and plans to expand further."
Projects include the support of more self-employed driver-sole-traders and SMEs. Rushton: "We aim make our drivers feel valued and integral by embracing a positive work culture that promotes work-life balance." Outside of its driver-partnership scheme Crown promotes an "open, honest and transparent" workplace environment, in Tamworth and at its new London Heathrow branch. (ah)
