Ron Crouch Transport acquires AG Logistics

Ron Crouch Transport, a Sydney-based Australian freight carrier, has entered into a contract for the acquisition on 1 October of the 3PL warehouse and transport company AG Logistics, based in the Adelaide suburb of Cavan, South Australia.


AG Logistics’ site at Cavan is a purpose-built, licensed and bonded dangerous goods warehouse. The move ensures that Ron Crouch Transport’s Adelaide site will be able to offer complete 3PL solutions for all hazardous and non-hazardous (including food grade) goods. This ensures the offerings there are consistent with the firm’s services at the other sites in its network. (mw)
