Röhlig Logistics expands its global network
In Mexico, Röhlig has acquired 100% of the shares in its previous joint venture. "We now operate independently in the Mexican market under the Röhlig brand," says Michael Gerding, managing director of Röhlig Mexico.
"Mexico is an important industrial location for the Americas. Numerous international companies produce there, especially those from the automotive industry. For our local customers, we want to be present in this dynamic region with our own subsidiary," says Ulrike Baum, member of the Röhlig global executive board, outlining the strategic approach.
As part of the expansion of its local presence, Röhlig Mexico has also opened another office in Puebla. Röhlig has opened five additional offices in Australia, China and the USA. The company attaches great importance to being represented in booming regions all over the world. In this way, its supports its customers in developing their local business with local know-how and at the same time offers them a connection to its global network. (mw)
