Röhlig expanding its network and digital services

Röhlig Logistics increased its revenues, volumes and gross profits in 2024 – despite market volatility, as the company stated in a media release.

Gross profits rose by 5% to EUR 229 million, with key contributions from China, the USA, Australia and Mexico. Shipment volumes grew by 13%, further strengthening the company’s market position. The logistics provider expanded in Southeast Asia and Oceania, opening a logistics centre in Thailand and doubling warehouse space in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). In 2025 it is set to open a 19,000 sqm facility near Melbourne airport.

Röhlig also entered Canada and Ireland, acquiring a majority stake in the entity ‘AirOcean Ireland’. Digital services remain a priority, with new platforms such as the reporting platform ‘Röhlig Insights’ and ‘Röhlig Realtime’ enhancing logistics management for customers. The company wants to continue to invest in sales, digitalisation and its global network. (js)
