Regular rail service for Chinese e-cars launched
Fesco Transportation Group has organised its first dispatch of new electric cars from the Chinese city of Guangzhou to Moscow in Russia. A batch of electric cars was sent off in two container trains.
Starting from February, 50 forty-foot containers are scheduled to be shipped in one train once a month. The trains cross the China/Kazakhstan border at Khorgos/Altynkol and arrive at their destination within 14 days.
Fesco transports ready-to-use cars and machine kits from China to Russia both via the commercial port of Vladivostok and via land border crossings. Over the past two years the group has delivered more than 8,500 cars of various Chinese brands. (ben)
