Realterm fortifies Florida portfolio
The investment manager Realterm has acquired an industrial outdoor storage facility in Lake Worth Beach, Florida as part of its focus on the transport market.
The 21,448 sqm site, which was purchased vacant, includes a maintenance shop of 2,322 sqm and standalone office building of 279 sqm. With this acquisition, Realterm now has thirteen properties in the South Florida industrial market, strengthening its presence in the region.
The hub offers quick access to an interstate highway as well as Palm Beach County. Its design and location make it ideal for activities in fleet maintenance or transport, Realterm said. (mk)
