Real estate developments at Brussels airport


Brussels airport cargo boss Steven Polmans told us about it earlier this year, now the airport has published an update of its real estate developments. The following new buildings have been delivered this year:

Building 832 to WFS in January; VTAC (Valuables Transport and Accommodation Centre) to Brinks in June (developed and owned by Brussels Airport).

Following building developments are ongoing: Buildings BRUcargo West, 833, 834 and 835, developed and owned by Brussels Airport with WFS, Kuehne & Nagel and Expeditors as future tenants; the building for the new animal centre, developed and owned by Brussels Airport and destined for a future tenant yet to be determined; Building 747 (future tenant Ziegler); parking building next to building 117, destined for the DHL staff.
