Rail/road transports stopped from and to Russia
Based on the EU’s decision to impose sanctions on the Russian Federation and other reports from the seaports of Hamburg and Rotterdam on refusing to handle container shipments to and from Russia in these ports, Metrans has stopped accepting and transporting cargo destined for or originating in Russia with immediate effect.
This measure applies to all operations with containers destined for Russia and includes rail transportation, handling and storage or related road transportation, the specialist of hinterland transports and affiliate of the HHLA said. (ben)
