Raben growing in the Netherlands
The transport company Raben is enhancing its local road network in the Netherlands by acquiring 100% of the shares of the Dutch company DGO Express. With this takeover Raben has enhanced its local road network in the Netherlands and increased its fleet by 80 DGO vehicles.
DGO Express, a family-owned firm and affiliate of the Sent Waninge Group, provides road groupage transport and warehousing services. With the merger with the Raben Group the acquisition will benefit the haulier’s customers by increasing transport services in Europe along Raben’s network. DGO is located near the Hoogeveen junction, which serves as a gateway to the northern Netherlands and the Benelux countries. (ben)
