Quantron gets new COO
Quantron, a German system provider of clean battery and hydrogen-powered e-mobility for commercial vehicles, is expanding its international production network and has appointed Uwe Hansult as its new COO, effective July 2021.
While changes are expected in the international procurement market, he will be responsible for the expansion of the company’s international production network, for securing the supply chain and for sourcing as well as safeguarding production capacity.
Hansult brings more than twenty years’ experience in production management in commercial vehicle industries such as Man and Krone. He is also a member of the industrial advisory board of the cluster of excellence internet of production, IOP at RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
Quantron's CEO Andreas Haller: “We are expanding our production network in order to be able to process large international orders with unit numbers in the four and five-digit range on schedule.” (amh)
