Prologis closes a successful 2023
In the full year 2023 and Q4/2023, logistics real estate provider Prologis recorded steady progress in European markets, focusing on solutions provided by its Prologis Essentials platform.
The total portfolio for 2023 amounted to 22.5 million sqm with new leases at more than 160,000 sqm. Leasing activity in the last quarter involved over 637,000 sqm, with highlights including Prologis Parks in Coventry (UK), Dabrowa (Poland) and two sites in France. As a sustainability milestone, Prologis achieved 250 MW of on-roof solar generation and battery storage last year.
The company foresees a good year for real estate and logistics in 2024, with growing markets in Latin America and reversing recessions and interest rates. It will host its leadership and discussion event Groundbreakers 2024 in London in October. (mk)
