Proflight's first freighter
Proflight Zambia's first freighter jet, a Bombardier CRJ100, arrived at Lusaka airport last week. Ferried from Canada, it will be added to the carrier’s fleet of three passenger CRJ100/200 (with another CRJ200 to be delivered before mid-September), three Jetstream 4100 and one 3200.
Captain Josias Walubita, director of flight operations: "This is a valuable addition, especially in the current market environment."
Founded in 1991, Proflight operates scheduled flights to a range of destinations in Zambia and to Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town in South Africa. (ah)
