Preparing for Brexit

With Brexit looming ever larger, Broekman Logistics, a specialist for complex value added logistic solutions, is opening its new logistics campus in Venlo (Netherlands) ahead of time on 7 May. This will enable the company to create additional storage space at its Maasvlakte, Europoort and Spijkenisse locations to cope with Brexit issues.

Ron Kuijpers, Broekman’s director business development, explained: "Due to the early opening of our new logistic campus in Venlo, we have been able to relocate some customers ahead of schedule."

The campus is the first combined ADR/non-ADR storage in Venlo, and has direct connections to the rail and barge terminals. The 64,000 sqm campus is an important part of the 0.5 million sqm that Broekman Logistics offers clients. (mw)
