Powerful e-truck charging network ready to go
Citywatt, a German service provider for electric mobility, is opening up its charging network to electric lorries. This will ensure more e-mobility for heavy goods vehicles at more than 50 charging park locations in Germany.
The charging parks with more than ten HPC charging points can provide both the required output of at least 1,500 kW and the necessary space for e-trucks. Around half of the 50 existing Citywatt charging parks are suitable for e-trucks, while the other half may be used by e-trucks and trailers as well.
At its headquarters in Ruderting, Citywatt has been operating the country’s largest test park for e-charging stations with a total of 40 charging points since 2019. (ben)
