Port of Strasbourg unveils strategy for 2024-2028
The Port of Strasbourg has launched its 2024-2028 strategic plan 2024-2028, which focuses on decarbonisation, multimodality, territorial integration, and collective action.
As the second largest inland port in France, the port aims to modernise its infrastructure, enhance its logistics capabilities, and reduce CO2 emissions through projects like the low-carbon industrial zone (Zibac).
The strategy involves significant investments over the next decade, including the development of the Lauterbourg platform and a multimodal hub, with support from European, national, and local authorities. (pb)
