Pooling maritime agency services
Maritime agency Norton Lilly International (NLI) has announced a strategic partnership with S5 Agency World, acquiring a 70% stake in the company. The agreement aims to enhance the partners’ maritime agency services globally. It also marks a significant expansion in the Americas, Northern Europe, and Asia.
With its global maritime and port agency, liner agency and freight management services, S5 Agency World operates through 350 port offices in 1,700 ports worldwide. This collaboration will allow NLI and S5 to combine their experience and resources to expand and diversify their market reach, driving growth and innovation in their portfolios.
In a press release, both companies emphasised their commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction, with their partnership intended as a catalyst for continued success in the maritime industry. (pb)
