Pfenning's GDP certification reconfirmed
Pfenning Logistics Group has gained recertification of the GDP (good distribution practice) certificate it obtained for its Heddesheim location in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany in 2017.
The audit evaluates distribution processes with regard to human medicines and comprises the storage of temperature-controlled products within the ranges of 2 to 8 and 15 to 25 degrees Celsius.
It assesses technical safety and hygiene conditions as well as the qualifications of the staff who handle the pharmaceutical products. (mw)
