PAS elects Claire Merlin
By decree of 14 March 2022, the president of the French Republic appointed Claire Merlin director general of the Porte Autonome de Strasbourg (PAS). She’ll take up her post today, 28 March 2022.
A doctor of law and holder of an MBA in maritime and transport economics, Merlin has been working at the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille since 2006, where she was director of legal affairs, then director of strategy and development. She was in charge of the creation and implementation of the development guidelines for the industrial port area.
“It's an honour for me to join the Porte Autonome de Strasbourg. I've been involved in public action since the beginning of my professional career and am passionate about the port and maritime sector,” said Merlin. (cj)
