Paris–Warsaw
The French Hardis Group is acquiring Cloudity, a company specialising in digital transformation and the integration of sales force solutions, headquartered in Warsaw (Poland), with offices in Berlin (Germany) and Stockholm (Sweden).
The Polish company is targeting a turnover of more than EUR 10 million in 2022, a growth of more than 50% compared to 2021. It has 200 employees based in Poland, Germany, and Sweden.
The Hardis Group has been active in the salesforce solutions integration market since 2017. Operating under the Cloudity brand, the new entity now brings together 350 specialists in this field.
Both entities will be run by president Nicolas Odet and managing director Karim Ogbi, who has been in charge of the salesforce and digital workplace business unit of the Hardis Group since 2018. (sh)
