Panattoni to build another facility for Haase
Panattoni is setting up another logistics centre for Haase Hausgerätelogistik in Garbsen (Germany). The real estate developer will construct the build-to-suit property on a 30,702 sqm plot. The project comprises 15,000 sqm of logistics area, 700 sqm of office and social areas and a 900 sqm mezzanine floor.
Haase Hausgerätelogistik is a logistics services provider that specialises in household appliances. Its portfolio includes storage and transport logistics as well as various value-added services.
The new logistics centre is already the second real estate to be developed by Panattoni on this site. Haase Hausgerätelogistik needs to expand its logistics capacities at this location to respond to the currently high level of orders and the acquisition of new customers.
The new premises will be used for storage and order picking and to handle packaged household appliances, involving deliveries to producers, manufacturers, retailers and end customers. “The new logistics centre helps us to reinforce our presence in Garbsen, which is an ideal location for our services,” says Jürgen Haase, owner of Haase Hausgerätelogistik.
