Panattoni's Polish project
Panattoni has completed another investment near the Krakow-Balice international airport. The 21,850 sqm hub has already welcomed its first tenant.
A new cargo terminal is being built at the airport, which will boost its transport capacity to 8,000 t per year. Panattoni’s site will serve e-commerce and urban logistics in the Krakow market. Access to a major motorway enables efficient connections to Polish hubs as well as the borders.
The rental modules measure about 1,650 sqm and provide a flexible option for local SMEs. Panattoni’s first tenant Allegro will use its module for office spaces and sorting processes.
As part of the developer’s sustainability standards, the facility will undergo Breeam Excellent certification. Additionally, the roof has been strengthened to allow the installation of photovoltaic systems in the future. (mk)
