Panattoni's newest Polish project
Panattoni has completed its latest project in Poland, with the opening of its Sulechow park. At 136,000 sqm and built for Best Secret, an online luxury fashion platform, it is one of the biggest logistics hubs in the region.
Initially, Panattoni developed a 90,000 sqm building, which has now been enlarged by a further 46,000 sqm, as Best Secret saw rapid growth in the European e-commerce market. Part of the building was raised and adapted to multi-level warehouse pick-towers that maximise the use of space and assist logistics.
Panattoni is aiming for a Breeam Excellent rating and reinforcing the roof of the building for the future installation of solar panels. This is its second project in Suléchow, as the company hopes to benefit from the growth potential in the Lubsz region. (mk)
