Panattoni's biggest site so far
In Germany’s fashion sector, Panattoni has completed its largest project development to date for its client Horn in Bedburg. Horn, which owns various properties used by the Peek & Cloppenburg Group in Germany and Austria, has leased the new building, which was completed in July, to Mode Logistik.
Mode Logistik provides logistics services for textile retailer Peek & Cloppenburg (P&C) in Düsseldorf. The logistics centre will be in charge of the distribution of exclusive brands for a large part of the Peek & Cloppenburg Group as well as the central storage and replenishment of stationary P&C shops.
But this hub will not retain its position at the top for long. At the beginning of 2023, Panattoni plans to open an even larger facility, the new logistics service centre for the S. Oliver Group in Dettelbach, Bavaria, which will feature 78,000 sqm of usable space. (sh)
