Panattoni picks Prajo in Poland
Panattoni has found a new tenant for its park in Warsaw as it leases space to Prajo, a local company that specialises in kitchen utensils.
Prajo will use an 8,850 sqm space for its warehousing and retail activities from September 2024. It owns three major brands: Kinghoff, Klausberg, and Kassel and has chosen Panattoni’s site on account of its technical development and strategic location. Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is 20 km away from the city’s centre.
This deal also marks the commercialisation of the real estate developer’s first building in the park. Construction on a second building is being launched on a speculative basis, set to bring the total space to almost 100,000 sqm. The park is to feature rooftop solar panels and EV charging facilities.
