Panattoni comes to Munich
Panattoni Europe is opening a further office in Munich. With the branches in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Mannheim this is now the company’s fourth location in Germany. Five members will form the team in Munich, including the new colleagues Tim Hemmann and Moritz Arendt.
Both specialise in built-to-suit developments. Besides Munich and Lower Bavaria, they will be in charge of projects in Würzburg and Nuremberg and other cities in Franconia. With the new office, Panattoni is aiming at a closer proximity to its customers and a better cooperation with municipal and community administrations with regard to logistics developments.
Fred-Markus Bohne, managing partner of Panattoni Europe, says: “We attribute our success above all to our increased cooperation with local decision-makers. We have to take into consideration the needs of local communities if we want to gain more public acceptance. Our new office will help us to improve mutual understanding with the towns and cities in southern Germany.” (mw)
