Panattoni builds hub in Wustorf near Hanover
Panattoni Europe will build a 21,300 sqm customised hall, 1,000 sqm of office spaces and recreational areas and a 636 sqm mezzanine floor in Wunstorf near Hanover (Germany) by March 2020.
With this project, Panattoni is developing a build-to-suit solution for an international tier-one-supplier. The goods will be despatched from Wunstorf to automobile manufacturers and wholesalers worldwide.
Fred-Markus Bohne, managing partner Panattoni Europe, explains: “We have a great deal of know-how with regard to the development of customised logistics real estate and we can rely on an experienced team. In Wunstorf we have also found the ideal location for our customer.” When completed, the new hub is expected to provide about 70 new jobs. (mw)
