Pan-American player in the unmanned air cargo market
EmbraerX, the disruptive business subsidiary of the Brazilian aerospace company Embraer, is expanding into the commercial air cargo market, via a collaboration agreement signed with Elroy Air at last week's CES 2020 in Las Vegas.
This collaboration will allow the companies to accelerate the unmanned air cargo market worldwide, leveraging Embraer’s 50 years of industry experience with the bold new developments in autonomous aircraft systems provided by Elroy Air, an autonomous air transport and logistics platform company from California.
Antonio Campello, president & CEO, EmbraerX: "Our holistic approach to accelerating the booming ecommerce market will include working with Elroy Air and its Chaparral system, capable of delivering cargo (125-250 kg) over distances up to 483 km." (ah)
