Pamyra collaborating with Fresh Logistics System
Pamyra.de, a Germany-based transport comparison platform, has entered into a partnership with the logistics service provider Fresh Logistics System (FLS). The aim is to stop empty truck runs from Hamburg to Berlin in future.
FLS lorries haul vegetables, fruit and plants between the two cities several times per week. The vehicles are often empty on the return leg. FLS has therefore decided to rely on the digital solution provided by the Leipzig-based startup Pamyra.de.
Peter Jäger, head of processes & systems at FLS, explained: "Through the partnership with Pamrya, we are expanding our portfolio with another, modern digital distribution channel. Its high online visibility and transparency means that we will be able to make better use of routine empty runs."
It is Pamyra’s first collaboration with a fresh transport service provider. (mw)
