Orbcomm promotes Dean Milcos to CFO
Orbcomm, a provider of machine-to-machine (M2M) and internet of things (IoT) solutions, has promoted Constantine (“Dean”) Milcos to executive vice president and CFO, upon the resignation of Mike Ford, who previously held that position.
In his new role, Milcos will oversee the company’s financial operations, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax and treasury functions. Milcos joined Orbcomm in 2013 and had served as Orbcomm’s senior vice president and CAO since 2013 and as interim CFO from May to September 2018.
Prior to joining Orbcomm, Milcos held various accounting positions at Medco Health Solutions, most recently as vice president, SEC reporting, technical accounting and controls from 2008 to 2013. (mw)
