Only nine weekends in beautiful Steyr
In addition to the thematic updates, part-time students in the Master's programme "Supply Chain Management" at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Steyr will be able to significantly reduce their attendance from autumn 2021 through more online teaching - they will now be on site nine weekends per semester.
Course director Franz Staberhofer: "The revision of the course is a response to the crisis situation (...) and our contribution to society and the economy."
The most important changes:
- Stronger focus on core competences with regard to cross-company cooperation
- Integration of current major issues such as sustainability and responsibility into the supply chain,
- Increased practical application of the topics studied to industry and trade,
- More online teaching to improve students’ flexibility (amh)
