Oman Air Cargo extends ULD partnership
Oman Air Cargo has renewed its long-term partnership with Jettainer, extending a ULD management contract by four years.
Jettainer will continue to manage 2,000 ULDs, enhancing efficiency, flexibility and sustainability, whilst reducing costs. Oman Air has relied on Jettainer’s expertise to navigate industry challenges, including fleet expansions and network changes, since 2017. In 2023, Oman Air introduced its first Boeing B737-800BCF, followed by new aircraft deliveries. Jettainer continues to adapt the ULD fleet to support this growth.
“Jettainer ensures that we’re always supplied with ULDs,” said Michael Duggan, cargo VP at Oman Air. Jettainer CEO Dr Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt added that “the renewal underscores our strong partnership and commitment to Oman Air’s transformation.” (ah)
