Olivier Bijaoui joins Tiaca's Hall of Fame
Olivier Bijaoui, the former executive chairman, president and CEO of the Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), has been selected for the 2022 Tiaca Hall of Fame award based. The jury said that, with his vision, tenacity and leadership Bijaoui helped guide handling agents towards becoming global handling companies.
Bijaoui turned the small cargo handling company SFS, now WFS, into one of the world’s largest providers of air cargo logistics and ground handling services. Between 2004 and 2016 he was executive chairman, president and CEO of WFS.
Since leaving WFS, Bijaoui has been president and owner of OB Invest. According to a recent announcement, ground handler Alliance Ground International (AGI) has reached an agreement with Bijaoui to act as an advisor as it looks to expand beyond North America. (cj)
